Good morning Year 2,
This beautiful sunshine should stay with us all week, make sure you take time to enjoy it. Yesterday I listened to my daughter reading and practicing her phonics in the garden. We are so lucky to have time to enjoy the weather. Please remember to comment on the post and send any pictures through email so that we can see what you are doing. Hope you all have a lovely day.
Your tasks for today:
1. Reading
2. Phonics Play Phase 5 Flashcards (phonicsplay.com)
3. English - Write a description of how your time machine works. Make sure you include some of our technical vocabulary such as rusty cogs and large lever. Then proof read it to check your sentences sound right.
4. Topic - Use the links below to research the differences between the homes we live in and rural Nigeria mud hut homes.
