Wednesday 29th April - Home Learning

Good morning Year 2,

We are expecting more rain today, so please be prepared to get wet if you are going out in your gardens. As well as puddle splashing there are lots of other fun activities which can be done in the rain, such as creating a rain gauge to measure the rain and making a mud creation.

We are wondering how many of you have remembered you can also use your Times Table Rock Stars log in to access NumBots. Numbots is similar to Times Table Rock Stars. The site focuses on counting and calculation through leveled challenges. To access this click on the link below.

Please remember to comment on the blog or email us, as we really enjoy staying in touch with you all.

There were so many of you who impressed Mrs Triggs today, so here are the Stars of the Day:
Tallulah for her great picture of Pandora's box.
Lexi for her enormous clock which has all of the minute times labelled around it.
Isobel for her neat handwriting.
Logan for how hard she concentrated on her home learning today.
Well done all of you!

Daily Reflection
Wow, we have had an extremely busy day and have loved looking at all of the emails you sent us. It seems Numbots is a resource a lot of you are unfamiliar with and therefore this will be our maths learning task for Friday.

Here are some photos of your learning today
Some of these photos are the wrong way round, sorry about that, they were rotated but Blogger is not recognising this today.
