Good morning Year 2,

We need to get ready for a super hot day. It is always difficult trying to learn when you are feeling all hot and bothered, so why not create a fan like Conrad, spend some time in a pool like Lexi, exercise between tasks like Ella or even create ice lollies like me. Whatever you do today please remember to put on sun cream and a hat if you are going outside.

Measures: capacity and volume

We would like you to have fun with photography again. This time the task is to photograph changes that happen to an ice cube or to chocolate when it is placed in different temperatures.

Our Star of the Day is Josiah. We have chosen Josiah because we are so impressed with his thoughtful answers to our diversity questions.


Daily Reflection
Wow, what a hot sticky day! It has been so lovely to see photos of you enjoying paddling pools and some of you have also completed all of the home learning tasks - very impressive! Whatever you have achieved today please be proud of what you have managed to do. We are really encouraged to see how well you have managed today with the conversion exercise of millilitres to litres - well done!
